We start by assessing your needs and learning about the space, service or product you’d like to showcase and the audience you’d like to reach.
Once we’ve discussed options and the process of creating your virtual tour, and we have a clear understanding on the plan for the project, we compile a brief for you to approve.
We then get stuck into capturing the environment you’ll be showcasing. This involves highly precise and specialised still photography, and if required, videography and audio recording, etc. This means visiting your location at least once, but possibly multiple times depending on circumstances, and can take anything from a few hours to a few days to complete. Gathering of additional resources and professional services, such as voice-over narration, might also need to be included in this initial stage.
Once we have gathered all the material we need, it’s time to edit and assemble it into a virtual tour. We’ve yet to discover a “make virtual tour” button on any available software package, so this means a lot of manual computer work, design, and testing, but the end result is a stunningly captivating and effective tour which will serve your needs and desires for the project.
The whole process can take anything from between a day to several weeks, depending on the scope and scale of the project.
Once the tour is created we upload it to our servers and host it for you. All you need is the link so that you can add it to your website and share it on social media. If you would like to host your tour on your own servers, we can supply you with the full folder.
Your total satisfaction is our priority, so we offer a free 30-day proving period for each tour so that you have time to go over it with a fine-tooth comb and notify us of any errors or problems. We’ll fix these for you and help you with any technical advice you might need.
Our tours display properly on any modern smart device that is connected to the internet.
For those who might require their tour to run off their device for a presentation, we can supply a stand-alone version of the tour so that you can run it off your laptop or smart device.
For the most immersive experience, all our tours are VR (virtual reality) ready, meaning they can be viewed through the use of a VR headset. This can be done with simple headsets that use one’s smartphone, such as Google Cardboard, or top of the range VR equipment like that of Oculus.
